The personal data you provide via our booking and contact forms: name, email, phone number, dates and details of your request, and the message you send us. If you tick the optional box when booking, we also record your consent to receive marketing communications. We do not build automated profiles from your data.

We process your booking request, reply to your enquiries and communicate with you about your trip (including by WhatsApp or email if you contact us through those channels). If you have given us your explicit consent, we will also send you occasional offers and news by email, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

The implementation of pre-contractual measures and the performance of the service you request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiries (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) and, for sending marketing communications, your explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

For measuring advertising effectiveness (conversions), our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) in evaluating and improving our campaigns, sharing your contact details and name only in hashed (pseudonymised) form.

We will only send you offers and news by email if you give us your consent by ticking the optional box when booking (it is never pre-checked). We use Resend for these emails and every message includes an unsubscribe link. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without it affecting your booking.

We work with service providers that supply the technical infrastructure for this website: web hosting (Vercel Inc., USA) and transactional email delivery (Resend, USA). These international transfers are covered by EU standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data, and we only share it with the service providers described in this policy.

To measure the effectiveness of our advertising, we share your contact details and name (hashed/pseudonymised) and the booking value with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. when you complete a request. This data is sent from our server (not via cookies) and is used only to attribute conversions to our ads. You can object by writing to fernandosantamarialibano@gmail.com.

We retain your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, thereafter, for the periods required by applicable legal and tax obligations.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your personal data by writing to fernandosantamarialibano@gmail.com. If you do not receive a satisfactory response, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, or AEPD) at www.aepd.es.

This website does not use first-party tracking or advertising cookies. Some embedded third-party content may set its own cookies when loaded or interacted with: Google Maps (location map) and YouTube in enhanced privacy mode (video).
