The personal data you provide via our booking and contact forms: name, email, phone number, dates and details of your request, and the message you send us. If you tick the optional box when booking, we also record your consent to receive marketing communications. We do not build automated profiles from your data.

We process your booking request, reply to your enquiries and communicate with you about your trip (including by WhatsApp or email if you contact us through those channels). If you have given us your explicit consent, we will also send you occasional offers and news by email, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

The implementation of pre-contractual measures and the performance of the service you request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiries (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) and, for sending marketing communications, your explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

For measuring advertising effectiveness (conversions), your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Server-side measurement only runs if you have accepted and it is configured; contact details and name are hashed (pseudonymised).

We will only send you offers and news by email if you give us your consent by ticking the optional box when booking (it is never pre-checked). We use Resend for these emails and every message includes an unsubscribe link. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without it affecting your booking.

We work with service providers that supply the technical infrastructure for this website: web hosting (Vercel Inc., USA) and transactional email delivery (Resend, USA). These international transfers are covered by EU standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data, and we only share it with the service providers described in this policy.

If you accept analytics and advertising cookies and server-side measurement is configured, completing a request shares your contact details and name (hashed/pseudonymised), experience and request value with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. to measure our ads. Server-side sending also respects your cookie choice. You can withdraw consent in the footer without affecting your booking, or contact fernandosantamarialibano@gmail.com.

We retain your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, thereafter, for the periods required by applicable legal and tax obligations.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your personal data by writing to fernandosantamarialibano@gmail.com. If you do not receive a satisfactory response, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, or AEPD) at www.aepd.es.

We only set analytics and advertising cookies if you press Accept on the notice. If you do, Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) and the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) may store cookies to measure visits and ads. If you press Reject, those tags are not loaded. We store your choice in a necessary first-party cookie for 6 months. You can change it at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer. The legal basis for these cookies is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR and Art. 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE).

Vercel hosting analytics does not use cookies. Only if you accept may we store campaign parameters (utm or gclid) in a first-party cookie to tell which visit led to a booking request. Rejecting or withdrawing consent clears that attribution and tracking cookies accessible to the website. Some embedded third-party content may set its own cookies when loaded or interacted with: Google Maps (location map) and YouTube in enhanced privacy mode (video).
