The personal data you provide via our booking and contact forms: name, email, phone number, dates and details of your request, and the message you send us. We do not build automated profiles or use your data for advertising purposes.

We process your booking request, reply to your enquiries and communicate with you about your trip (including by WhatsApp or email if you contact us through those channels). We do not use your data for any other purpose.

The implementation of pre-contractual measures and the performance of the service you request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiries (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

We work with service providers that supply the technical infrastructure for this website: web hosting (Vercel Inc., USA) and transactional email delivery (Resend, USA). These international transfers are covered by EU standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

We retain your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, thereafter, for the periods required by applicable legal and tax obligations.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your personal data by writing to fernandosantamarialibano@gmail.com.
